Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — In a moment that redefines the landscape of sustainable innovation, Lucid Motors joins the Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia 2025 as a Gold Partner, marking another milestone in its visionary journey to shape the future of mobility. Held under the royal patronage of HRH Princess Noura bint Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Forum will take place at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, in partnership with the Women’s Leadership Center, bringing together global innovators, leaders, and changemakers who share a single mission: to accelerate progress through creativity, sustainability, and purposeful engagement.

Engineering Excellence, Redefined

Lucid Motors has become synonymous with the ingenuity that inspires. From its roots in Silicon Valley to the establishment of its first international manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia, Lucid has demonstrated that the union between luxury, performance, and environmental responsibility is not only possible — it is the future.

In September 2023, Lucid made history with the opening of its Advanced Manufacturing Plant (AMP-2) in King Salman Automative Cluster in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) — the first-ever car manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. This groundbreaking site marks a defining step in the Kingdom’s journey toward sustainable development and economic diversification, enabling local production of the award-winning Lucid Air, recognized globally as a symbol of technological and design excellence.

With the capacity to produce up to 155,000 electric vehicles per year, Lucid’s presence in Saudi Arabia represents far more than an industrial achievement — it is a commitment to nurturing local talent, advancing clean energy solutions, and supporting the Saudi Green Initiative to ensure 30% of new car sales are electric by 2030.

Empowering Progress and Human Potential

Lucid’s mission extends well beyond the road. By partnering with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the company is actively investing in Saudi talent — training, employing, and empowering hundreds of nationals across engineering, technology, and advanced manufacturing roles. This initiative not only strengthens the Kingdom’s workforce but also reinforces Lucid’s belief that the next era of sustainable mobility will be driven by human creativity, diversity, and purpose.

Lucid’s alignment with Vision 2030 reflects its recognition that innovation and inclusivity must progress together. By engaging with local communities, collaborating with government entities, and fostering cross-sector partnerships, Lucid is helping define a new era of engagement — one where technology and humanity move forward, together.

Faisal Sultan, President of Lucid Motors Middle East:

Our partnership with the Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia 2025 reflects Lucid’s belief that progress in mobility must go hand in hand with progress in society. As we continue to advance sustainable innovation through technology and local manufacturing, we are equally committed to empowering people — especially women — whose creativity and leadership are shaping the future of this industry. Together, we’re driving a movement where innovation, inclusion, and sustainability move forward as one.

Engage • Empower • Sustain: Women Leading Initiatives

As the Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia 2025 gathers leaders from around the world, Lucid’s partnership under the Engage pillar captures the essence of meaningful collaboration — connecting technology with purpose, and innovation with inclusion. Through this partnership, the Forum celebrates a company whose vision is not confined to engineering excellence, but extends to the empowerment of people, the sustainability of the planet, and the transformation of industries.
