Holly Scarfone Addresses Cyberbullying, Stalking and Female Empowerment at UK Parliament

Holly Scarfone, digital creator, entrepreneur and advocate for female empowerment, spoke at the Parliamentary Society for Arts, Fashion & Sports Assembly at the House of Commons on Tuesday 2 June 2026.

Hosted by Alex Davies-Jones MP and Rebeca Riofrio, the Assembly explored the risks faced by those working in public-facing creative industries, including online abuse, cyberbullying, harassment, exploitation and mental health pressures.

Scarfone, who rose to international prominence through Netflix, has built a platform focused on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, self-expression and female empowerment.

Her speech was one of the strongest guest contributions of the evening.

She spoke openly about adversity, cyberbullying, stalking and the emotional consequences of living in the public eye.

Her remarks connected directly to the Assembly’s theme: that visibility can bring opportunity, but also vulnerability.

By speaking with honesty, Scarfone helped highlight the realities faced by many women navigating digital platforms, public attention and online hostility.

Her contribution was recognised with a speaker certificate, acknowledging her role in advancing a necessary conversation around safety, resilience and female empowerment.
