As Riyadh prepares to welcome the vibrancy of the forthcoming Riyadh Season, one of the most anticipated events on the regional calendar is set to return: the Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia, taking place from 4–6 November 2025. Following its phenomenal debut in 2024, the Forum is poised once again to offer a transformative experience—an immersive celebration of leadership, innovation, and international collaboration, all in strategic alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Under the Patronage of HRH Princess Noura bint Saud bin Nayef Al Saud
This prestigious forum is held under the gracious patronage of HRH Princess Noura bint Saud bin Nayef Al Saud, a visionary entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the creative and cultural sectors. With a Master’s degree in Contemporary Design from Sotheby’s Institute of Art and executive leadership training from THNK in Amsterdam, Princess Noura brings a rare blend of academic insight and entrepreneurial drive. She is the founder of Rukun Creative Exchange and AlMashtal Creative Incubator, two pioneering platforms that continue to nurture and empower Saudi Arabia’s growing creative economy. Through her leadership, Princess Noura has been instrumental in fostering innovation, artistic expression, and inclusive collaboration within the Kingdom and beyond.

The 2025 edition will be hosted at the remarkable Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University—the largest women’s university in the world. This iconic institution provides the ideal setting for a forum that unites CEOs, cultural leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and royals from across the globe to explore and shape the future of female leadership and innovation.
Visionaries Behind the Movement
The Creative Women Platform was founded by Olga Balakleets, an internationally recognised award- winning cultural entrepreneur, concert pianist and government advisor who has spent over two decades curating and leading major international initiatives with creativity at their core. Known for her ability to unite stakeholders across industries and continents, Olga’s vision has given rise to a platform that empowers women and promotes meaningful cross-cultural dialogue.
She is joined by Rebeca Riofrio, who returns as Executive Director of the Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia for a second year. A multi-award-winning businesswoman, Rebeca is a British leader in global marketing, diplomacy, and the arts. Together, these two women have created more than just a conference—they have launched a movement that transcends borders and places women at the heart of global transformation.
The 2024 edition, their first collaborative effort in the Kingdom, garnered international acclaim with coverage in over 900 global media outlets and was widely recognised as a landmark event in advancing women’s participation and influence across all sectors.
