Celebrity Stylist Kyle De'Volle Honoured at Parliament for Cultural Influence and Creative Contribution

On Tuesday 2 June 2026, the House of Commons welcomed an international gathering of leaders from fashion, media, business, diplomacy, healthcare, technology, and the arts for the Parliamentary Society for Arts, Fashion & Sports Assembly, hosted by Alex Davies-Jones MP and Rebeca Riofrio.

The Assembly focused on responsibility, safeguarding, inclusion, and the role influence plays within modern creative industries, while recognising individuals whose work has helped shape culture and public life.

Among those honoured during the evening was Kyle De'Volle, who received the Parliamentary Society's Cultural Influence Medal in recognition of his contribution to fashion, creativity, and contemporary culture.

Born and raised in Notting Hill, West London, De'Volle has built an impressive career as a fashion designer, creative director, celebrity stylist, consultant, and style commentator. He first gained widespread recognition through his longstanding creative partnership with global music star Rita Ora, serving as her stylist from 2010 to 2018 and helping shape many of the visual identities that defined a generation of British pop culture.

Over the years, his work has extended far beyond celebrity styling.

De'Volle has collaborated with internationally recognised figures including Cara Delevingne, Bruno Mars, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Andreja Pejić, while also developing successful design collaborations and accessories collections for leading fashion brands.

His creative influence has been visible across major television programmes and cultural platforms including The X Factor UK, The Voice UK, Britain's Got Talent, MTV, and the MOBO Awards, as well as editorial features in Vogue, Tatler, Cosmopolitan, Feroce, and Mixte Magazine.

The Cultural Influence Medal recognised not only De'Volle's contribution to fashion and entertainment, but also his role in helping shape how style, identity, and self-expression are communicated to wider audiences.

Presented before an audience of parliamentarians, diplomats, entrepreneurs, journalists, and creatives, the honour reflected the Assembly's wider message: that culture is shaped not only by institutions, but by visionary individuals whose creativity influences how people see themselves and the world around them.

In an industry where image often speaks before words, Kyle De'Volle has spent more than a decade helping define the visual language of contemporary culture.

His recognition at Parliament celebrated a career built on creativity, innovation, and cultural impact.
