Last week, I had the privilege of attending an inspiring and elegantly curated breakfast event at the iconic Claridge’s Hotel in London, hosted by model, entrepreneur, and passionate women’s health advocate Kamile Spann. With the soft clink of china and warm morning light flooding the Art Deco interior, guests gathered not just for nourishment, but for a deeper encounter with self-reflection, empowerment, and sisterhood.

Kamile’s message was clear from the moment she welcomed us—this was not a promotional event, but a personal and purposeful invitation to connect. Her speech, deeply felt and warmly delivered, centred on the launch of two signature products under the fitting name Transformation. Both items are more than creations; they are extensions of her life’s philosophy.
“The first is the notebook,” Kamile explained. “I’ve been collecting notebooks from many different countries, and I’ve enjoyed writing by hand since childhood. I’ve always known how important it is. I wish everyone could feel what I feel when a pen touches paper. This notebook has empty pages. It’s not about me—it’s about you. To figure things out, just write them down.”
She continued by introducing what she referred to as her “newborn” – a Self-Reflection Journal, freshly printed and filled with thoughtful prompts to guide women on their journey of introspection, clarity, and self-love. “This is where I’ve put all my heart,” she said tenderly, holding it up like a proud mother. “It is a space for truth and transformation.”
The morning also carried a philanthropic heartbeat. Kamile used this platform to support Women for Women UK Foundation, a charity she has long admired for its commitment to helping women survivors of war rebuild their lives. Representatives from the organisation were invited to speak during the breakfast, highlighting the power of collective female support and shared missions.

The guest list was as radiant and impactful as the morning itself, bringing together a remarkable circle of women from diverse industries. Among those present were Katerina Astrella, Oriona Robb, Irene Kaselimi, Amber Rabb, Elle Sena, Victoria Testa, Patricia Britto, Grace Fodor, Yulia Rorstrom, Jurgita Georgina, Modesta Vzesniauskaite, Ha Smith, Tamta Mosulishvili, Anna Khanova, Elisabeth from Women for Women UK, and myself, Rebeca Riofrio. One guest, Marianna, preferred to remain privately acknowledged, which Kamile and her team honoured with grace.

The event was also made possible through the generous support of distinguished partners, including @sknfed, @augustinusbader, @ylwclub, @lernbergerstafsing, and @sniph, all of whom share Kamile’s values of wellness, excellence, and conscious living.
Kamile’s Transformation is more than a product—it is a movement. One that encourages women to pause, write, reflect, and step boldly into the next chapter of their lives. In an age that often asks us to race ahead, she reminds us that power can be found in the quiet act of putting pen to paper.
